On the road

It has been a little over a week since I have been on the road with Alex, ashley(little sister) and andrew( little brother) and I am pretty sure we have all gone crazy. Things have seemed so much funnier and dramatic on the road. But, this is how we pass the time and being a little crazy isn't as bad as it seems. So far we have visited lake shasta, crater lake, Portland, forks (yes I am a twilight fan, -_- but not proud of it) and cannon beach. I have loved both Oregon and Washington. They are beautiful states with plenty of natural beauty. We have seen snow, rain, beaches, lakes and even picked up a tadpole on the way! Our adventure is not quite over, since we have decided to head east and see Yellowstone national park! I will post plenty of pics when I get back home, but here are some iPhone pics. Enjoy!

Life, recently

It's been a whole month since I last blogged! Well, here are some recent pics of what's been going on lately. Been going to the beach, riding my bike and hanging out with family. Ashley graduated from high school last night so my mother made pozole for a late dinner. Go-vani and Bob came over and had dinner and cake with us. Luckily,  it did not taste piggidy... but we did have a good conversation about all things piggidy. 

In a week from today my Crater Lake trip will either be confirmed or crushed. Hopefully it is not the latter.  If Alex gets his cast taken off and does not get released to work, we will start driving the 23rd!!! Keep your fingers and eyes crossed for me!!! :)

silly ben

This post will be entirely about my wonderful nephew/godson Benjamin. I'm so lucky to have such and awesome nephew, but then again he does have me as an Auntie, so I wouldn't expect anything less.  Unfortunately I don't get to see him as often as I would like, but we make sure to have loads of fun when I do.  Here are some pics of our week spent together :)
On Monday we all decided to go see a Dodger Game (sorta) and had a fun time! The Dodgers won and we got on the big screen 3 times (yes, it must be some sort of record. I know, AWESOME!!)

He even joined in on doing the wave!

I found some cute pizza and french fry underwear on clearance and here he is modeling them.  He even wore them both at the same time. hahhaha

We decided to bring the slip and slide out and Ben loved it. He had fun having Ashley push him down the slide. 

We had Yogurt Land, went to the park, had loads and loads of ice cream, played outside, and just acted silly together. Can't wait till his 5th birthday in August so I can see this little monster again!!
